Please note: In order to comply with MCR 2.119(A)(2), the Washtenaw County Trial Court has enacted a new policy effective February 20th, 2012, whereby any Motion, or Answer to a Motion filed in domestic relations and civil cases must also provide a "Judge's Copy" at the time of filing.  There will also be a 2 week scheduling period for all Motions in domestic relations and civil cases.  The earliest date that a motion will be scheduled for hearing will be two weeks from the date of the filing of that Motion.  See complete policy here.

Court Closure Notice: The Trial Court will be closed Friday May 24th, and Monday May 27th. The former is an unpaid County furlough day, and the latter is the Memorial Day national holiday observance.
