Welcome!Judge Nancy Wheeler is on an extended medical leave. In the interim, the Judges of the Trial Court will manage her docket during the week of January 23rd and no dockets will be cancelled that week. Beginning Monday, January 30, 2012, retired Judge Charles Nelson will assume Judge Wheeler’s docket on a full-time visiting judge basis. Customers should continue filing and scheduling dockets for Judge Wheeler’s cases as they have normally done. Litigants seeking Personal Protection Orders (PPO’s) will continue to be referred to Judge Wheeler’s Office. Her Judicial Assistant will review the pleadings and advise the litigant of the next step. Administrative Coordinator Lynn Kneer and Judicial Attorney Bruce Crews will continue to perform those functions for visiting Judge Nelson. Please note: The Trial Court will be closed on Friday, February 17th, (County-designated unpaid Furlough Day), and Monday, February 20th, (President's Day Holiday) 2012.
