The Trial Court has implemented a new case management system. Access the Odyssey system HERE or using the menu item "Search Cases and Calendars" at the left.
Since implementation of its new case management system, Tyler Technologiesí Odyssey, in October 2014, the Washtenaw County Trial Court now offers an added benefit to members of the Bar. Attorneys now have online internet access to case files, including the ability to perform case and calendar searches and the ability to view and print the documents attached to the case file where the attorney is the attorney of record on the case. To obtain a login and password to the attorney portal, please click on this link Attorney Access or sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to provide your full name and bar number with the request. You will receive an email response with instructions on how to log in to the attorney portal within approximately 2-3 business days.
NEW COUNTER SERVICE HOURS: Effective August 1, 2015, the Washtenaw County Trial Court's service counters for all case types will close at 4:30 p.m. This makes our open and close times consistent with the County's District Courts.
