Court records are public unless restricted by Statute, Court Rule, or Local Administrative Order. The public may do a name search in person at the main office of the Clerk of the Court-Court Services by using the public computer terminals or by submitting a request to the clerk in person or by mail. Parties on a case may also use the public computer terminal to find a case number, the judge assigned to the case and court dates. The following is required if submitting a request to the clerk for a search:
