Probation Residential Services allows inmates to have part or all of a jail term suspended upon successful completion of residential treatment programs. Probation Residential Services stays can be as long as one year, but average about 90 days. These services are also available to Circuit Court Probationers who meet the eligibility requirement and are not incarcerated. Public Act 511 funds will pay for up to 90 days of an eligible offenders placement in Probation Residential Services. Types of Probation Residential Services
