The Washtenaw County Trial Court will be closed to the public on Friday, October 24th for training related to the conversion of our case management system.  Customers with any EMERGENCY matters can contact  any of the following that day:

Effective September 2, 2014, The Honorable Donald E. Shelton retired from the Washtenaw County Trial Court following 24 years of service on the bench.  Judge Shelton’s civil and juvenile dockets are reassigned to Judge Timothy Connors. 

Judge Shelton’s criminal docket remains intact and is managed by Chief Judge David Swartz.  Please contact Court Administrator  Dan Dwyer at dwyerd@ewashtenaw.org with any questions.
