Welcome!

Attention!!  The Washtenaw County Trial Court will be closed for the Holidays on Monday, December 25th and Monday, January 1st.

NEW FORM REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE A DOMESTIC, PPO, NAME CHANGE, CIVIL OR CRIMINAL HEARING BEFORE THE COURT

Effective January 1, 2018, a NOTICE OF MOTION HEARING AND PROOF OF SERVICE form is required to be filed at the time you file your Motion/pleading in order to schedule the hearing.  This Notice takes the place of a separate Praecipe and separate Proof of Service and can be used now.  After January 1, the Notice of Motion Hearing and Proof of Service form will be required and the old Praecipe forms will no longer be accepted.  The Trial Court will not accept the Notice via fax and it must be filed at the time you file your Motion/pleading.  This form is not used for any cases in the Juvenile or Probate Court.

The Trial Court uses Tyler Technologies' Odyssey case management system.  Access the Odyssey system HERE or use the menu item "Search Cases and Calendars" at the left.   Here is a manual to help you search the Court Calendar.
